The SIMATIC ET 200eco PN is a compact block I/O system with a PROFINET connection. It offers a high degree of protection with IP65/67, making it a space-saving and future-oriented solution that sets new market standards. Installation is quick and flexible, and can be done in any position. The rugged die-cast zinc housing provides ideal protection in challenging ambient conditions, allowing the I/O system to be used in temperatures ranging from -40 °C to +60 °C. It is also highly resistant to vibration, dust, oil, and humidity.

The SIMATIC ET 200eco PN is a future-oriented and innovative complete solution that can be flexibly configured. It features integrated 2-port switches and can be easily integrated into line topologies in a plant. The M12-L coded power connectors simplify the power supply concept and enable longer cable lengths in the field without additional power supply cables.

In addition to digital and analog input and output modules with various characteristics, the range of products also includes the IO-Link master and a fail-safe module for connecting sensors and actuators up to SIL 3/PLe. The standard modules can be practically disconnected in a fail-safe manner up to SIL 2.
